<idAbs>Travis Central Appraisal District (TCAD)organization sends CDs of most recent Travis County properties' shapefiles and access tables to the TNR-GIS regularly (almost every 1 or 2 months). GIS team uses two models to compile the shapefiles and tables. The first model selects tables/ fields that are being used for analyses and organizes and compiles them in one table. The second model joins the customed table and the shapefile. The most updated TCAD geodatabase (TCAD.TC_USER.TCAD_PARCELS) is available in TCAD SDE, TNR External Geocortex Viewer , TNR Internal viewer as well as all the Arc GIS Online maps that utilize TCAD parcels geodatabase. If you see some properties contain NULL records that could be because:Parcels have been split recently and TCAD hasn't updated their database yet. They are located in the new subdivisions, and their related information hasn't been created yet (It might take a few months that TCAD populates those attribute tables). For any reason, they don't pay TAX.TCAD doesn't want to share that parcel informal information with the public.**This TCAD geodatabase is created in 6/10/2020</idAbs>
