 "description": "<DIV STYLE=\"text-align:Left;\"><DIV><DIV><P><A href=\"https://www.traviscad.org/\"><SPAN STYLE=\"font-weight:bold;\">Travis Central Appraisal District (TCAD)<\/SPAN><SPAN /><\/A><SPAN>organization sends CDs of most recent Travis County properties' shapefiles and access tables to the TNR-GIS regularly (almost every 1 or 2 months). <\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>GIS team uses two models to compile the shapefiles and tables.<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>The first model selects tables/ fields that are being used for analyses and organizes and compiles them in one table.<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>The second model joins the customed table and the shapefile.<\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>The most updated TCAD geodatabase (TCAD.TC_USER.TCAD_PARCELS) is available in TCAD SDE, <\/SPAN><A href=\"https://geo.traviscountytx.gov/Html5Viewer/index.html?viewer=TNR_Map_Viewer.TNR_Web_Map\"><SPAN>TNR External Geocortex Viewer <\/SPAN><\/A><SPAN>, TNR Internal viewer as well as all the Arc GIS Online maps that utilize TCAD parcels geodatabase. <\/SPAN><\/P><P><SPAN>If you see some properties contain NULL records that could be because:<\/SPAN><\/P><UL><LI><P><SPAN>Parcels have been split recently and TCAD hasn't updated their database yet.<\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI><\/UL><UL><LI><P><SPAN>They are located in the new subdivisions, and their related information hasn't been created yet (It might take a few months that TCAD populates those attribute tables).<\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI><\/UL><UL><LI><P><SPAN>For any reason, they don't pay TAX.<\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI><\/UL><UL><LI><P><SPAN>TCAD doesn't want to share that parcel informal information with the public.<\/SPAN><\/P><\/LI><\/UL><P><SPAN STYLE=\"font-weight:bold;font-size:12pt\">**This TCAD geodatabase is created in 6/10/2020<\/SPAN><\/P><\/DIV><\/DIV><\/DIV>",
