Description: Attribute table fields(alias):• OBJECTID (Object ID): Unique ID assigned by GIS• GIS ID (GIS ID): Unique GIS ID used for GIS spatial analysts• TC_ID (Unique Final Records ID): Unique ID for all Travis County tracts to avoid confusion with multiple names• TractName (Tract Name): Tract name• TractLabel (Tract label): Tract label for map making• OwnerCategory (Name of Land Owner): These are the names of the true landowners, as opposed to the easement holders or land manager. • EasementHolder (Easement Holder): Easement holders only exist in Conservation Easements, which may be part of the BCP, but may or may not be owned by a managing partner. Some Conservation Easements will be managed by a managing partner, others will be managed independently. • GISAcres (GIS Acres): Acres calculated by GIS• SurveyAcres (Survey Acres): Acres calculated by a surveyor from an official final survey, as per closing documents for the tract. • Perimeter (Perimeter): Parcel Perimeter calculated by GIS, in square meters. • Macrosite (Macrosite): BCP Macrosite that the parcel is within• ManagementUnit (Management Unit): BCP Management Unit that the parcel is within• FiscalYear (Fiscal Year): Fiscal Year of closing, taken from closing documents. • FundingSource (Funding Source): Funding source for this acquisition (ie: grant, fee simple, etc.)• AcqMethod (Acquisition Method): Acquisition Method, if fee simple, purchased with grants, transferred as part of a 10a permit (donation)• ClosingDate (Closing Date): Official closing date• ParcelType (Parcel Type): Parcel type (BCP or Cave)• OtherNames (Other Names): A List of other names that the tract has been known by• DeedDocNum (Deed Document Number): Deed record number from County Clerk• DeedDocLocation (Deed): Link to T drive location for Deed• LandManager (Land Manager): Entity that manages the land (ie: Travis County, City of Austin, Private Landowner or contractor name)• LandManagerContact (Tract Manager): Shows tract managers for all tracts, TC tracts show who is the designated tract manager, this field is to be updated to reflect Fall 2018 TC tract managers• PublicAccess (Public Access): Shows public access, for display in web-maps. • DataSource (Data Source): This indicates what data was used to create the parcel boundaries (CAD, TCAD, or Survey). This is intended to give land managers an idea of the accuracy of the boundary layer, as well as to keep track of what parcels have been updated to reflect CAD surveys, etc.• Address (Address): List of addresses to gates and entry points to the property with the most common entrance listed first.• Notes (Notes): Notes• RuleID (RuleID): Layer symbology representation***Updates:2/12/2019 | Updated Metadata.
