Service Description: Effective Flood Hazard Layer, FIRM Panels, Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) & Base Flood Elevation (BFE) datasets were all obtained from the Federal Emergency Management Agency in 2017. Finished Floor Elevation points are from Travis County permits. The preliminary until 01-2022 layers were obtained from FEMA in November, 2019.
