The service area for Program Year 2025 (PY25) includes the unincorporated areas of the County, along with both the incorporated & unincorporated areas of Bee Cave, Creedmoor, Lago Vista, Lakeway, Manor, San Leanna, Sunset Valley, Webberville, & West Lake Hills. This map service was developed by Travis County Transportation & Natural Resources GIS group on behalf of Travis County Health & Human Services.
